Kangaroo Island wildlife key to beverage fermentation

Researchers from the University of ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø have discovered new species of lactic acid bacteria on Kangaroo Island that could be used in the fermentation of wine, ciders and sour beers.
