LOWITJA – A Life of Leadership and Legacy’ exhibition

In this seminar, participants will learn about some of the common mental health challenges that people experience over the colder months and the benefits of health promoting behaviours such as connecting with others, practicing mindfulness and getting out into nature. In just three minutes, participants will present their research, business model or innovative idea to try to convince a jury of solutions to some of the most pressing challenges of our time. The winners will have their travel to Canberra covered to make their pitch on the national stage. The Australian winner will then travel to Berlin for the Global Finale. Wednesday 30 July, 2–4 pm.
